Exchange & Credit Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or credit under the following conditions:
Elligibilty for exchange or credit:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
- Must be unworn, unused and in original packaging
- Earrings, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, personalised or custom items are not eligable for exchange or store credit
How to Request an exchange or store credit:
- Contact customer support at hello@desertdrifter.com.au with your order number and reason for exchange or store credit
- Once approved, you will be advised of return instructions
- Upon the studio receiving and inspecting this item, we will issue a store credit or process the exchange.
Store credit:
- Issued as a digital gift card under your Desert Drifter account email address
- May be used toward any future purchase
Additional Information:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
- We do not issue refunds - exchanges or store credits only
