Warranty & Repairs

All of jewellery that leaves Desert Drifter is given a final quality check prior to packaging.   We encourage you to look over your purchase within 48 hours of your order being marked as 'delivered' by your carrier - if you find a fault with your item upon delivery e.g. breakage - please refer to our returns policy.  All breakages on arrival must be initiated to our returns email hello@desertdrifter.com.au with 48 hours of being marked as 'delivered' by your carrier *shipping charges may apply

Desert Drifter pieces come with a 60 day workmanship defect warranty from the date your order was marked as 'delivered' by your carrier provider.  This 60 day warranty does not include broken, chipped or loosened stones, scratches, natural tarnishing to your piece or issues resulting from general wear and tear, misuse and abuse from not following the care instructions.

Desert Drifter does not offer a ongoing maintenance, rework or repair service 

To assist in the longevity of your jewels, please have a read over our care advice which is included in your delivery and also found here

Desert Drifter does not offer a custom order or re-work/re-design service

It is the customer’s responsibility to use appropriate measures to maintain and protect your purchase. Desert Drifter will not warranty costs for product issues due to abuse, neglect and general wear and tear.
